In order to build a long-term stability, T-square takes control of distribution, prices, PR, and advertisement. On a timely basis, the designers are provided with detailed feedbacks about market conditions and trends. For the team, it is of essence to communicate closely with the designers about merchandising, pricing, and building and maintaining the brand image. With over 250 clients, that include main department stores, leading specialty stores as well as boutique chains throughout Japan, all levels of the designer's brand market are fully covered.
